Strength-N-Speed was founded by Christopher Troy Berry or Chris Berry. Chris Berry has won numerous High School wrestling titles. Chris Berry was a member of a United States Wrestling Team in 1984 wrestling in the US, New Zealand, and Fiji. Chris Berry then went on to win many bodybuilding titles ending with the Idaho State overall Bodybuilding Championship in 1995. 

 

Chris turned his efforts to Powerlifting. Chris won a Powerlifting Gold medal in the World Police and Fire Games in Calgary Canada in 1997.  Chris Berry holds several Idaho state powerlifting records in USAPL and APF Powerlifting organizations and a Colorado State Powerlifting championship title.
