Here's a few more examples of recent feedback from
customers of Body Building Revealed.
"The ebook is easy to understand, and is one of the most
complete sources of nutritional information for
bodybuilders, powerlifters, or anyone who would like to
understand the benefits of the food and supplements that we
eat, down to the micronutrient level.
Having a no BS forum that allows me to ask any question
regarding nutrition or lifting has left me without any
questions about how I should eat or train. The forum stays
very informative and organized, and if anyone asks a repeated
question, or a question that can be answered in the ebook,
Will refers them to where the information is.
All of the information that is put out in the ebook has up-
to-date scientific references which back up everything that
is said.
This ebook has definitely saved me a whole lot of time and
money by making me feel confident about what kinds of food
to buy at the grocery store, and what type of supplements
truely work for my body and goals.
Thank you so much!!"

"I thought the book was very helpful and informative. I
especially liked the section on the review of all the
supplements out on the market today and which ones really
make sense and which ones are of little help. I might check
out your other book on losing weight for my wife I told her
how informative your book was."
Thanks.

"I purchased the e-book Body Building Revealed about 3
weeks ago and I was very pleased. I have put several
thousand dollars into personal trainers and books and
magazines to help me optimize my gains through my diet.
Some things that I learned helped a little, but nothing
could provide me with much information that I hadn't already
figured out on my own, or was of any use to me.
I was frustrated because I couldn't gain any more muscle
weight and I had hit the all too familiar plateau in my
weight training.
In other words, I wasn't getting any stronger. I had even
given up on cardio exercise to try to extend my plateau to
no real avail.
Using Body Building Revealed I changed my diet and
continued with my normal routine of working out. In three
weeks I have noticed marked difference in my size and
strength. I have increased many of weights by as much as 20
percent or more in only three weeks! I was amazed.
My friends all commented on how much bigger my arms have
gotten. The best part of it all is that I gained this
strength without gaining any noticeable amounts of fat.
That's saying a lot. I am very lean (about 5 percent body
fat) so when I gain fat it is very easy to see. The book
cleared up a lot of myths that I had succumb to over the
past couple years from all my knowledge hunting.
Thank you for the first ever, real dose of facts."

"I was dubious at first about the claims made about the MBN
ebook and website, but within minutes of logging into the
members area I was able to get information on a supplement I
was interested in and learn the truth. This alone saved me
far more than the cost of the book. What a bonus !
The ebook itself is just what it claims to be. A detailed
but easy to read presentation of nutritional requirements
for building LBM. Everything that I needed to know in one
document. I had previously browsed many websites for this
information and got a lot of information, much of which was
contradictory, some was incorrect and misleading. The
question was, what information could be trusted.
I have also found the members area to be a valuable
resource. There is a lot of useful information there from a
number of people who obviously know what they are talking
about. The information on specific supplements and brands is
something that I looked for previously and could not find. I
suppose that the magazines were not willing to give honest
and critically analysis of different brands.
I can't comment on the customer service because I have not
had any problems. I suppose this speaks for itself.
In future upgrades, I would like to see more specifics in
the Mass Training report. I did not know what the exercises
were that were being referred to and some of the jargon was
not familiar to me. The method of specifying intensity for
example. Some of this is answered on the website, but
explanations should really be in the book.
At the moment, there is no other fitness/bodybuilding
information that I am interested in. I have more than enough
information to put into practice at the moment.
All up, I give the entire package an A+. Brilliant. With
what I know now, this ebook was great value for money.
If you would like to use these comments for promotion with
my name and email address then please do."

"I have been lifting weights for about 2 years now. The
longer I lift the more serious I become. I've read
everything and anything I can get my hands regarding
bodybuilding nutrition and techniques for lifting. I have
read similar books regarding nutrition, but until reading
your "Body Building Revealed" e-book, I never had a full
grasp on the concepts. This book has given me everything I
feel I need to know for quality gains, and I emphasize the
word quality. I use this book for references on a daily
bases and I do advise anyone who is serious about their
physique to read it.
Thank You."

"My name is Tom, and I’m in Detroit Michigan. I run an Events Production Company and like to stay strong to make my work easier. It can be rather taxing to push and lift heavy equipment at 43yrs old.
I’ve been reading all the forums since I joined and I cant
tell you how much I love this site. Over the holidays I 've
been driving everyone nuts with my enthusiasm over the vast
info that I get for $37.00. I have probably read every
thread on this site including wills brink zone site. I
originally bought the nutrition e book for ideas of what to
eat. With access to the forum I have come up with a complete
diet to follow that should fit my life perfectly. I cant
tell you how much this means to me."

"I was very impressed with the ebook. Especially the
information on the Glycemic Index of particular foods, and
how they effect your body. I am still working on mastering
the nutrition part of my program. I am a personal trainer
in Dallas eager to learn. What I am most interested in is
how to control body composition more efficiently. I am
naturally lean 6'04" 185 lbs. looking to put on quality
weight. I love to weight train and have had success, but I
am always looking to take it to the next level with my
program and my clients. When looking to gain quality lean
muscle, what tips can you suggest be it nutrition, training
or supplements? Thank you again for all the good
information and access to the additional members info."

"As a member of the United States Army, it's essential to
stay in shape. With all the information I learned from your
websites and ebook, I now have the knowledge to eat in the
best path I can during the day. By following the plans the
best I can, I have increased productively. Very helpful
information.
What I would like to see later on is a type of diet to where
I can get the protein, carbs, and all needed vitamins with
the least amount of meals possible. Possibly, for instance,
products that can take care of my intakes for the day or
at least reduce the amount of meals I have to have. Because
of my busy days, I am never really able to consume the
protein, carbs, etc. that I should. Especially if one of my
meals consists of an MRE (not everyday, but on some days).
Thank You."

"Will's Body Building Revealed e-book is a great read
and filled with a lot of great information. Many magazines
tell you that to gain mass just eat more??? Ok, I tried
that and just got fat. This book gives you a comprehensive
guideline on caloric intake and ratios to optimize not
only muscle gain, but by keeping bodyfat accretion to the
minimal.
The section by Charles' Poliquin is the perfect addition
as well. Charles knows his stuff and he out lines very
clearly everything you need to know to build solid muscle
in the shortest time possible.
The addition of the e-group is the perfect compliment to
the book. As with anything you read there are still always
questions and with the egroup there are timely answers.
I'd recommend this book to anyone looking to be the
biggest and strongest they can be!"

"Just a quick note to give my opinion of the e-book. Have
read the book e-cover to e-cover and found your insight
honest and very informative. I guess that it rang true
with me because it made sense and was logical. No
smoke and mirrors. As I am your typical lazy middle aged
man I was hoping for a sample week of meals to round out
my new found nutritional knowledge.
I have resorted to buying a calorie and protein book to
put together my own board of fare. I am looking forward to
any updates. Trying to eat better and take better
care of the hardware."

"I love the ebook, it lays out simple scientifically based
instructions to building a better natural body.
I gained most from the plain and simple facts on protein,
carbs and fat about how much you need and why.
The member's area is great because you can talk out all
your questions and most Will is quick to reply, as well as
other knowledgeable people. I have found that the most
useful thing is that most questions or thoughts novice
lifters have are conflicting interests but they don't know
it, and Will and others point that out quickly."

"Having looked through your book I find I now have the tool
to give an unbiased opinion on the many, many confusing
nutritional products available on the market.
I have found in the past that if you are in the position,
as indeed I am not to have a regular training partner,
then advice, guidance or even just opinion is a great miss
from ones training regime.
Because of my busy lifestyle this book will assist me in
making the right choices. Thank you for this valuable
information."

"All I have to say here is, Wow! This e-book certainly
makes me want to read it more, several times over.
With all the information & thumbnails on the side bar,
also allows quick selection of choice. I have read god
knows how many body building books that iv "e been in a
state of confusion with their explanatory versions on
nutrition & supplements for years.
My e- book by Will Brink has explained all I've wanted to
know about nutrition & supplements in a simple easy &
understanding way.
I have got some quality info on the subject of creatine. At
the time of arrival of my e-book I had just finished my
two week break from creatine ,so I started with the
maintenance phase rather than the loading phase.
As I've now been on this maintenance phase for one week I
am startled with the results. My workout performance is
the same as if I were on a loading phase, not to mention
the fact I am now free of gastro, & diarrhea problems.
I am in my 50's & would like to see & hear a lot more
testimonials from bodybuilders in the same bracket
concerning their training regime, supplements & diets, I
am more interested in the ordinary non competitive
bodybuilder that has achieved their goals.
I find the members area a great way to be able to
communicate with others & share valuable info as yet I
haven't used it but will in time.
Customer service was right on time & to the point."

"I think that the e-book was outstanding! I learned a lot of
valuable information that I probably would have never known
about otherwise.
I gained a lot on understanding nutrition and the right types
of food and most of all about the importance of the GI
index. I never knew anything about that.
You can bet that now that I do I will be really conscious of
the foods I'm buying and eating! The customer service was
great also.
I had trouble opening the book at work because of firewall
reasons and they had no problem sending it to me in a
different format. In fact they even sent it out to me twice
because I accidentally erased it the first time.
I am also one of those people who likes to try supplements,
lets just say that I don't have the genetics I would like to
have, and now I know that I was wasting a lot of money on
senseless products! I'm grateful for that!!!
As far as what I would like to see more of in the future. I
would like to know more about different workout regimens and
also always information on supplements whether good or bad!
To sum it all up in one word AWESOME!!! Thanks a lot guys for
the valuable knowledge! Now I plan to really sit down and
plan out a nutritional regimen and see where it takes me!"

Undoubtedly' Body Building Revealed' is a quality
publication which gives sound advice and useful tips. As
bodybuilding is such an individual sport, nothing can be a
general panacea and no one but the bodybuilder themselves,
can truly determine what will and will not work for their
Personal Growth Package relative to their physiological and
psychological make up; both equally important. It is
however, a most valuable reference for developing one's own
growth program.

I'll admit to being highly skeptical of the e-book, and this
Will Brinks guy when I first stumbled upon it, searching for
answers to my fitness confusion. But after reading the free
samples, I knew this wasn't just another flakey fitness guru
with a magic bullet. So, I decided to use my $$ to purchase
the ebook instead of trying some new worthless supplement -
and I have not been disappointed!
The E-book has truly been a revelation for me. After just
three weeks of weight training, cleaning up my diet and
adding the key supplements Will advocates, I've seen my lean
body mass increase significantly. More importantly for me,
my MIA metabolism has been revived after years of psycho-
cardio and fat-free dieting (which got me nowhere). I'm
actually excited about going to the gym now, and challenging
my body to meet new goals.
The e-book is cutting edge, and I appreciate the fact Will
bases his assertions on FACTS, experience in the trenches,
and scientific studies. The members' area has already helped
answer many of my own personal questions regarding weight
training and nutrition. The discussion board is priceless -
everyone is friendly and ready to help with their own
knowledge/experience.
The downloading/signing up part was easy and customer
service has been outstanding! Thanks Will and Company for a
superior product!

I think the book is useful and in combination with other
materials makes for a well informed athlete. Will's work on
nutrition for building lean muscle is excellent. In
addition, I really appreciated the chapter outlining which

I have read "Body Building Revealed" and I think it is a
very informative book. Your step by step daily calorie
intake requirement is simple enough that any 10-grader can
do the calculations. Contrary to the muscle magazines around
I think that your section on the supplements on the market
is very truthful; you did not try to promote any supplement.

Recently I have finished reading 'Body Building Revealed'
ebook. The book is excellent, very well presented and
straight to the point. I highly recommend it to anybody who
wishes to start resistant training or to anyone who is
already on a program and wants to improve his condition.
Although this ebook is written for lay public, as a doctor,
I would have appreciated it more if information on
supplements was illustrated with biomedical pathways and
schematic figures. In the Pliquin Training part, it would be
great if he could differentiate between bodybuilding and
fitness (If there is any?) within his excellent advice.
Overall, it's a five star must read book.
All the best,

First of all, I think the information in the book is
invaluable. It is a lot simpler than one might think to
absorb the most important information regarding nutrition.
(Almost) all the information you need to establish the
proper 'nutritional habits' to achieve whatever your fitness
and health goals may be is in this book - guaranteed, just
like he said.
I refrain from using the word 'diet' because the common
context of that word is NOT what you learn from this book.
Rather, you will learn how to make a life-long habit of
eating right by educating yourself on exactly what to eat
and what those foods do to help you in achieving your
fitness goals.
Though somewhat technical in many portions of the book, Will
still manages to explain these concepts for the layman in an
efficient, "no BS" style that completely negates the
confusion that is prominent in the fitness industry. Will's
teachings on fitness and nutrition are refreshing and easy
to follow, while still packed with a lot of complex
information that is essential to truly understanding your
body, how it works and how to chisel it into a fat burning,
muscle building machine.
- John Emmons, Portland, OR, USA
...
G'day. When I downloaded the book I had to print the whole
lot out so I could take it to bed with me to read.
With so much confusion over the right number of calories to
eat to gain, much less whether it is fats, protein or carbs,
I consider the book a wealth of pertinent information. It is
about the only time fats have been clearly explained. As far
as the supplements section goes it is obvious the jury is
still out on many items but it boils down to a guide of what
works for you. "What" of course means what supplement, how
much, how often, what supplier and so on. The weight
training provided a different perspective in that with so
many varied approaches available to training and programs,
the evidence would seem to show that results can be obtained
without overtraining.
The book is certainly one for newcomers and professionals
alike both as a reference manual and a good read. Thanks.
